Four tests, one profile

The onboarding track

Four tests, taken one at a time. Each one is a full instrument, so every code in your final profile is measured rather than estimated. Finish all four and FourLens combines them into one profile with a manager playbook. Progress saves in this browser, so you can stop after any test and pick up later.

What you get at the end

A combined profile that reads the four tests together. It names your work-style archetype, shows where your outward style and inner motive agree or pull apart, and ends in the manager playbook. One portfolio link carries all of it to your manager.

Optional extras

Two classical Chinese charts, cast from your birth date and time. Your manager doesn't require these; add them if you want that tradition's read in your portfolio.

FourLens describes work style for development, onboarding, and communication. It is a self-report tool, not a clinical instrument, and it is not designed to screen candidates or score performance. The 16-type code uses Jungian dichotomies and is not affiliated with The Myers-Briggs Company; DISC content follows Marston's model and is not affiliated with Everything DiSC.
