Two graphs. The public you, and the core you.

This is the classic most/least DISC instrument, the format the paid tools use. Your "most like me" picks draw your adapted, public style; your "least like me" picks reveal the natural style underneath. Where the two graphs split is where work is costing you energy.

Why most/least

What you reject says more than what you claim

Rating scales measure how you want to be seen. Forced choice removes that exit: all four options in each block sound equally decent, and you must pick a most and a least. The most-picks build your adapted graph, the self you consciously bring to work. The least-picks, inverted, build the natural graph, because rejection judgments slip past the image-management most of us run without noticing.

The result maps to one of the fourteen classical DISC patterns used by practitioners for decades, or to one of two blends the classical list never named, which we mark honestly as our own additions.

Forty-eight taps, about six minutes, and you get both graphs.

FourLens describes work style for development, onboarding, and communication. It is a self-report tool, not a clinical instrument, and it is not designed to screen candidates or score performance.
