Free all-in-one work style assessment

Know how your team
is wired.

A manager playbook built for the actual rep: feedback, delegation, onboarding, 1:1s. It comes from four fully measured tests — DISC, Big Five, a 16-type code, and the Enneagram — taken one at a time and combined automatically.

Five sales reps on the work-style compass. Yours goes here.

Why another personality test

Most tests stop where the useful part begins

One lens at a time

A DISC test tells you how a sales rep acts. It says nothing about why, or what happens to them under pressure. Getting the full picture usually means four different apps, four logins, and four reports that never talk to each other.

The depth is paywalled

The common pattern: free tests hand you a four-letter label, then charge for the report you actually wanted. The label is the least useful part.

Nothing for the manager

The rep gets a nice read about themselves. Their manager, who has to run the 1:1s and the onboarding, gets a forwarded screenshot.

The four lenses

Each lens answers a different question

Each test is measured on its own, then the combined profile points out where the lenses disagree about your rep. The disagreements are usually the most useful part.

DISC

How does your rep behave day to day?

The style everyone around them already notices: fast or measured, task-first or people-first. Measured on its own, not guessed from another test.

Big Five

What are your rep's underlying traits?

The five traits behind the visible behavior — openness, drive, warmth, how they hold up under pressure. The most validated model in personality research.

16-type

How does your rep process and decide?

How they take in information and make the call. When a letter is genuinely a toss-up, the report says so instead of forcing a label.

Enneagram

What drives and scares your rep?

The motive running underneath the behavior, and what it turns into once they are actually under pressure.

For managers

The report is written for the person reading it, not the rep taking it

Every profile ends in a manager playbook. It covers how to give this rep feedback, what motivates them and what wears them down, what their stress looks like from the outside, what to delegate, and how to run their first 90 days.

Sign up and get your own entry link — send it to a rep once, and every profile they complete lands in your dashboard automatically. See your whole team on one compass, the blind spots that only show up at the team level, and working-together advice for any two people.

We show the math

Most all-in-one tests run one short quiz and quietly map the result onto every other framework. We do the opposite: DISC, Big Five, the 16-type code, and the Enneagram are each their own full instrument, scored on their own items. Nothing in the combined profile is guessed from another test.

Self-report has limits, and the report is upfront about them. When two lenses disagree about a rep, it says so instead of smoothing it over. Read the full methodology.

Questions

Before you start

Is the full report really free?+

Yes. All four tests, the compiled profile, the manager playbook, the team map. There is no premium tier and no email gate. Every report lives in a link you can copy.

How accurate is this?+

Each framework is measured directly by its own full instrument, not estimated from another test: a 24-block forced-choice DISC, a 60-item Big Five with facet-level detail, a 58-item 16-type test with honest clarity scores, and a 57-item Enneagram with wing and instinct. Read the methodology page for the exact scoring behind each one.

Can I use it to screen candidates?+

No, and you should be suspicious of any personality test that says yes. Self-report style assessments are for onboarding, communication, and development after the hire, not for deciding who gets the job.

Where does the data go?+

Answers stay in the browser and inside the share link itself by default. If a rep uses your entry link, their finished profile reaches your dashboard automatically — nowhere else, and only your reps, since every manager only ever sees their own.

How do I see my whole team?+

Sign up, copy your entry link, and send it to each rep. Every profile they complete shows up in your dashboard on its own. You can also add anyone manually by pasting their portfolio link, no account required for that path.

Four tests. One profile. Free.

Take the assessment yourself first and see how well it reads you. Then sign up for your own entry link and send it to the rep who just joined your team.

FourLens describes work style for development, onboarding, and communication. It is a self-report tool, not a clinical instrument, and it is not designed to screen candidates or score performance. The 16-type code uses Jungian dichotomies and is not affiliated with The Myers-Briggs Company; DISC content follows Marston's model and is not affiliated with Everything DiSC.
