Your data is used for one thing only
Building your work-style profile, for the manager you chose to share it with. Nothing here is sold, shared with third parties, or repurposed for anything else — not advertising, not analytics resale, not training other products.
What we collect
Test answers, whatever name you enter, and — if you sign up as a manager — an email address (sign-in is by emailed link; no password is stored). Reps never provide an email or any contact detail to take a test; a name is all that's asked.
How it's used
A rep's answers are scored into a profile and, if they arrived through a manager's entry link, that profile is attached to that one manager's account so it appears in their dashboard. Nothing is used to build a separate product, model, or dataset, and nothing about one manager's team is visible to another.
Where it lives
Without an account, everything stays in your own browser and inside the result link itself — closing the tab and never sharing the link means nobody else ever sees it. Once a rep uses a manager's entry link or a manager signs up, results are stored so the manager's dashboard can show them; database access is restricted so a manager can only ever read their own reps' data, enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the interface.
What we don't do
- We don't sell data or hand it to advertisers.
- We don't use results to screen, rank, or score candidates for hiring.
- We don't let one manager see another manager's reps.
- We don't require an email or account just to take a test.
Your choices
If you took a test without using a manager's entry link, nothing was ever sent anywhere — clearing your browser data removes it completely. If you used an entry link, your results belong to the manager who sent it to you; ask them directly if you want your entry removed from their dashboard.
For how the tests themselves are scored, see the methodology page.
