DISC vs Enneagram
DISC reads the outside: the pace and focus a colleague experiences across the desk. The Enneagram reads the inside: the motive running the show. Two people can share a DISC style for opposite Enneagram reasons; a driving D can be an Eight protecting control or a Three chasing the scoreboard, and managing them the same way fails one of them.

Start with DISC when you need a working vocabulary for a team this week. Add the Enneagram when the same conflict keeps happening with the same person and the surface explanation has stopped explaining. The pair together is most of what our onboarding track combines into one profile.
